OUR STORY

In 2013, a seed was planted—a simple idea born from love, resilience, and a deep desire to make a difference. That seed has since blossomed into the We Care Movement, a nonprofit organization rooted in compassion, understanding, and action. But every story has a beginning, and ours starts with incredible women: my daughters, my mother, and a pastor’s wife. Together, we built a foundation of Faith, driven by a simple yet profound mission: to provide resources and support for individuals and families facing homelessness, poverty, and life transitions.

Over the years, we’ve expanded to meet diverse needs. One notable initiative, a prom gown and suit giveaway, alleviates financial burdens for families while promoting self-reflection through student essays. By addressing both immediate needs and long-term aspirations, we strive to create meaningful, lasting change.

At its heart, the We Care Movement is about Connection, Empowerment, and Faith.
